Never disregard or delay in seeking professional medical advice because of something you have read in my posts or on my website.
Everyone experiences chronic pain in different ways and what works for me not might work for you – and vice versa. My blogs are often based on my own experiences.
All content and photos on notebooksandglasses.com is my own unless stated. Please do not use any photos without contacting me beforehand at firstname.lastname@example.org – thank you!
All opinions, reviews, words and observations are my own unless stated, or I have provided a link to the original information or content.
Some of my posts contact affiliate links to products and services that I recommend and use myself. Affiliate links means that if you click through to a website and purchase something through my links, I get a small commission from that sale at no extra cost to you. But f course, there is no obligation to use or buy anything through my links.
I am a huge Amazon fan and have been shopping online with them for years. With suffering from chronic pain, I want things to be simple and as easy to use as possible, and Amazon provides this service – and I don?t even need to leave the house to do my shopping. I am also a Prime member so can benefit from next day delivery on most items. This means if a product is needed to help my pain or other symptoms, as a gift for someone, or a little treat for myself, then I am not waiting long at all.
