    Great post. Even with our health conditions, there are normally some things which we can do to help ourselves. Self-care is crucial. My diet goes between really good and ‘stuffing my face with chocolate’. I need to try to change that.

    Great tips, though I had to cringe at ‘kick the habit’ (I’m a cigarette smoker, and yes I know it’s bad ?). De-stressing and investing more time into self-care need to go on my to-do list more this year, too. xx
